About the Role:


We are seeking a Project Supervisor for our Bydgoszcz manufacturing facility, responsible for overseeing the execution of projects within the plant. The role requires a strong focus on cost, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.


The Project Supervisor will plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring successful completion. Responsibilities may be carried out personally or delegated to designated team members, while maintaining accountability for project integration and outcomes.
