REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil / Construction) or equivalent
  • Professional License Holder (Passed Board / Licensure Exam)
  • 1-4 years experience in the design and construction industry
  • Hard skills: Project Management, MS Office, AutoCad
  • Soft skills: self-motivated, assertiveness, willingness to learn

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare pre-con and closeout requirements
  • Monitor and report progress on site
  • Coordinate with construction team
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
  • Oversee materials requisition and delivery
  • Prepare SOP reports (Change Order Log, Meeting Minutes, Manpower Reports, Punch List)
  • Ensure compliance to proper construction techniques
  • Ensure quality standards
  • Ensure on-time completion of projects
