Job Description:
The Project Superintendent will be responsible to plan and lead all activities occurring on large construction sites and work with the Project Manager for coordination of activities, scheduling, planning, and material procurement. The position requires collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, design teams, clients, and team members to properly plan and execute project activities to ensure delivery of a successful project to our clients. Effective collaboration with Project Managers is essential to the role. Travel throughout the Capital Region is to be expected. Travel throughout New York State will sometimes be required and is based on a project-by-project basis.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of field supervision experience in general construction or construction management.
  • Commercial construction experience on projects ranging from at least $1,000,000 - $20,000,000...
