Job Description
The Project Staff - Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring the timely updating of cases related to Complaint – Erroneous
Consumption through tickets and customer requests. This role also includes processing billing adjustments due to erroneous readings.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor cases related to Complaint – Erroneous Consumption
Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents (Service Contracts)
Create FA/FO for inspections due to miscodes and illegal reconnections
Process billing adjustments due to high consumption (HighCon) and erroneous readings
Job Qualifications
College graduate of any business-related course
Preferably knowledgeable in CRM processes, CCB, MDM, and Zendesk systems
