Scope of Works:

• Developing and Maintaining PCPD Dashboard as an effective business intelligence tool i.e. its infra, backend processes and production. This shall include :-
  • Communication with database platforms and data owners for data input
  • Ensuring system is reliable as a reference for users
  • System troubleshooting including relevant communication with support team
  • Involved in continuous improvement for the system
  • Ensuring system integrity and quality meeting users requirement
• Providing other support in PCPD digitalization efforts where required
