The role involves managing construction sites, ensuring project progress, quality, and safety, supervising materials and invoices, and collaborating with project management and clients. The work includes domestic and Nordic travel, with project durations from one month to a year, often working on-site in periods of 2-5 weeks. The candidate should have experience in industrial or metal projects, good Finnish and English skills, a valid B-driver's license, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude. The position offers a monthly salary of 4000–5000 euros plus bonuses, travel allowances, and opportunities for training.
