On-site - Quezon City; 1-3 yrs experience; Bachelor’s degree; Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed unit cost analysis for both materials and labor for use in bid preparations.
  • Estimate scopes in the Bill of Quantities using bid plans and findings during site inspection. Determine scopes that need to be raised with clients.
  • Identify work items and special materials for quotation from suppliers.
  • Coordinate with project management team, suppliers, partner contractors, and client matters that need to be addressed for project completion.
  • Implement and supervise works execution
  • Document project accomplishment through photos and quantify progress for project monitoring and reporting.
  • Prepare progress billing forms and other documents
