JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PROJECT SITE ENGINEER

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications;
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow;
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager;
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain construction standards;
  • Interpret construction drawings, plans, and BOQs;
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies;
  • Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material requirements;
  • Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions;
  • Coordinate with consultants for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications; and
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage on site.
