Project Services Coordinator (Santiago)

Responsibilities

• Assist with project pursuit tracking, project setup, and data entry.
• Coordinate with Finance from project initialization to close‑out.
• Support the Quality and Compliance Team.
• Coordinate and track internal project deadlines as required.
• Support Salesforce data integrity by conducting weekly follow‑ups with Project Managers and Relationship Managers to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Update project data according to delivery forecasts.
• Finalize projects and proposals to ensure compliance.
