  • Support day-to-day training programs and initiative, such as the mentoring program
  • Organize program and project activities using sound PM methodologies.
  • Support the establishment of clear and sustainable program objective, evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Provide risk mitigation suggestions and support implementation of Sponsor approved initiatives.
  • Consult with portfolio, program, and/or project managers and technical experts to set-up assignments, tasks and subtasks.
  • Monitor portfolio, program, and/or project timelines and deadlines.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of portfolio, program, and/or project timelines and deadlines.
  • Engage in a diverse set of taskings, covering a broad set of consulting capabilities:
