Responsibilities

• Increase proficiency in schedule development and schedule analysis and integrated cost and schedule forecasting using quantitative risk management tools and techniques (Expected Monetary Value and Sensitivity Analysis) to better predict project schedule and cost performance and enable timely corrective, preventive, and predictive action.
• Develop qualitative and risk-managed integrated project baselines that are used to effectively measure project performance and provide the ability to take corrective / preventive / predictive action. Apply the cost of quality to schedule management (development, monitoring, and control).
• Applies integrated objective risk management to the project baselines to optimize project risk responses.
