  • Manage Project Schedule for a Large Transformation Program

    • The Project Scheduler will be responsible developing and managing the Schedule for large transformation program which will be used for capacity and matrix planning of the project teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the Project Schedule for the Transformation Program
  • Recommend new processes for tracking project schedules
  • Implement preferred approach/s for managing Schedules (once endorsed by PMO Manager and ICT Delivery Director)
  • Establish consistent schedule views across all projects within the preferred tool/system
  • Update the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing and reporting on progress achieved
