Contract Duration: 12 Months (Jan 2026 – Jan 2027) with possible extension

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and resource strategies for large-scale data center construction.
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction partners.
• Establish, monitor, and report on the project critical path.
• Lead Interactive Planning Sessions (IPS) with discipline leads, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve schedule or execution issues.
• Provide regular schedule forecasts, progress reports, and executive-level updates.
• Ensure compliance with owner policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
