Job Overview

Ledcor is seeking a dynamic Scheduler with a strong background in infrastructure projects. The Scheduler will optimize schedules to ensure successful project delivery and support various projects within the True Blue team. Experience with TILOS (Time‑Location Gantt Chart) is highly valued.

Essential Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute the schedule including any required updates.
• Monitor and report on progress of work and any problems that affect the planned schedule.
• Contribute to the development of working schedules for estimating as required, prior to proposal date, illustrating work sequence and contract time.
• Maintain the master schedule for each project, record impacts of work performed or not performed, and handle resource loading, leveling, baselining, look‑aheads, and what‑if analysis.
