Job Description

The Project Planning Lead is responsible for driving schedule strategy and execution across a portfolio of large-scale capital projects. This role owns the development and oversight of integrated project schedules, ensuring coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning functions.


Core Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex capital programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align timelines across all phases of project delivery
  • Lead scheduling efforts from early planning through execution and final closeout
  • Analyze critical path activities, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to protect schedule milestones
  • Oversee planning activities across multiple active projects within a broader portfolio
  • Develop detailed schedules using Primavera tools (P6 and/or Primavera Cloud)
