Job Description

Ignite is seeking Scheduler to provide services including assisting Program Managers in schedule preparation and automating milestone uploads. These services are required within the CIO Command.

Location: Canberra 
Duration: 12 months
Citizenship Requirements: Must be an Australian Citizen - (10-years of residency in Australia required)

Responsibilities:
  • Lead program-level scheduling.
  • Utilize MS Project 2013/2016.
  • Champion stakeholder management.
  • Plan software lifecycles effectively.
  • Apply PRINCE2 and SAFE Agile methodologies.
  • Drive success with your scheduling expertise.
    • Experience Needed:
  • 5+ years as a Senior Scheduler.
  • Prince2 Foundation Member.
  • MS Project 2013/2016 proficiency.
  • Excellent planning and communication.
  • Software lifecycle understanding.
  • PRINCE2 and SAFE Agile expertise.
