Project Scheduler

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler with deep, hands-on expertise in Smartsheet to support the successful delivery of a large, complex program of work. This role will suit someone who excels at building structure, driving schedule accuracy, and enabling informed decision‑making through high‑quality planning data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and optimise detailed project and program schedules using Smartsheet as the primary planning tool.
  • Build and manage integrated schedules, dependencies, critical paths and milestones.
  • Design and enhance Smartsheet dashboards, reports, automations and workflows to support project governance and visibility.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Workstream Leads and PMO to ensure accurate progress reporting and schedule forecasting.
