Join Pro-Western Mechanical Ltd. as a detail-oriented Project Scheduler & Analyst in Saskatoon. You'll play a vital role in maintaining project schedules and tracking deliverables across various mechanical projects.
This full-time position reports to the VP of Operations and involves developing and updating project schedules with Microsoft Project. You'll be responsible for monitoring project progress, managing manpower projections, and analyzing project cost forecasts to support transparency in reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Monitor project milestones and critical path across projects
• Track deliverables and outstanding action items diligently
• Prepare updates for the VP of Operations regularly
