Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain contract administration and establish project budget and cash flow
- Evaluate the contract rates and participate in commercial negotiation
- Administer subcontractors payments and claims preparation
- Supervise interim and final account accounts preparation
- Involve in material procurement, general administration and costings
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or in related disciplines
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position in construction industry
- Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role
- Knowledge of PSSCOC and/or REDAS and /or SIA standard forms of Contracts
- Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
