Project Quantity Surveyor

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s growing team based in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
Responsibilities:

• Manage Labour on site by procuring and logging.
• Manage the procurement schedule and update.
• Communicate with the Purchasing department on the plant on site and take account of the cost of plant in the cost report.
• Work with the Purchasing team.
• Cost Reporting, Budgets and Administration Schedule

 
Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience on residential projects.
• Ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
