Responsibilities
Quality Strategy & Planning Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) in line with contract requirements and company standards. Define project-specific quality objectives, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. Establish the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) strategy, surveillance levels, and hold/witness points. Ensure risk-based thinking is applied to critical activities and supply chains. Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with: Project specifications and contractual requirements Applicable codes, standards, and regulations Company Quality Management System (ISO 1 aligned) Act as focal point for Client quality requirements and audits.
