Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related disputes involving third-party vendors on-site.
- Lead Joint Inspections with customer representatives and other vendors to reach a consensus on technical issues.
- Perform on-site forensic analysis of material discrepancies (e.g. Quantity mismatch, fitment issues, material grade mismatches, or performance failures)
- Utilize data and physical evidence to determine whether a quality issue originates from our product, others products or improper site integration
- Generate report that document findings with photos, measurements, and references to spec sheets
- Inspect incoming materials from Greatech to on site with 3rd parties and have a proper hand shake agreement on material quantity and quality.
- Translate complex technical disputes into clear, actionable summaries to Quality Manager, Project Engineer and Account Manager.
