Our client is a leading Australian owned and operated communications integrations company. They have provided high quality, dependable, cutting-edge technology solutions to Mining, Oil and Gas, Government, Utilities, Emergency Services and the Construction industries.

The Purchasing Officer ensures that supplies are ordered and received in time to maintain project schedules to meet customer expectations, and proactively communicate any delays back to the Project Managers/Field Operations that may affect project delivery timelines.

This role requires the ability to work autonomously, and in teams, with the ability to problem solve and work effectively and efficiently with related departments and suppliers. Communication skills and an eye for detail is very important in this role.
