Job Description

The Project Post Order Coordinator manage andmonitor all the Post Order activities (expediting, inspection and logistics)for the assigned project/s, to ensure the achievement of the defined results interms of schedule, quality and budget. He/She directly reports to the responsible of the Post OrderManagement and to the Project Procurement Manager, once assigned to a Project.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • responsible for the integrated management of the Post Order-relatedactivities (i.e. expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assignedproject/projects, ensuring the compliance with contractual requirements interms of time, costs and quality, following Project ProcurementManager/Director instructions;
  • responsible for planning and monitoring post orderactivities on the project, in close coordination with the Project ProcurementManager;
