Planning Engineer - Phoenix Ø Purpose of Position- To develop, monitor, and control the project schedule, resource planning, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of the high‑rise commercial project. The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy Ø Major Responsibilities – Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera/MS Project. Monitor schedule progress, identify delays, propose recovery plans. Track critical path and dependencies across civil, façade, MEP, and interior works. Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, S‑curves, and earned value charts. Coordinate with site teams for weekly and monthly progress reviews. Support cost planning, productivity analysis, and resource forecasting. Review contractor schedules, method statements, and weekly updates. Provide early warnings for schedule slippages.
