• Develop and maintain detailed project programs using Primavera P6, incorporating cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Perform critical path analyses to assess the impacts of deadlines and identify bottlenecks.
• Perform planning simulations to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
• Implement change control procedures to manage scope changes and their impacts on planning and budgeting.
