Job Description

PC Installation & Contracting Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Planner to take charge of developing, maintaining, and tracking the master project schedule. This role plays a key part in ensuring project success through close coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop baseline and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource histograms, and S-curves.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of schedule changes, forecasts, and critical path analysis.
  • Monitor project work progress and update schedules weekly.
  • Generate weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards (Excel/PMS).
  • Highlight variances, delays, and provide recovery plans where needed.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, engineering/construction team, client, and subcontractors for schedule coordination.
