TheProject Planner is part of the Project Team during pre-sales and execution phases tosupportwith regards todelivery dates time scheduling resourceplanningand elaborating the critical path.


Responsibilities / Tasks



  • Create execute and sustain a functional scheduling management system together with theProject Directors/ Project Managers.

  • Manage multiple projectschedules simultaneously.

  • Establish baseline schedules: durations criticalpathandresources.

  • Connector with theDesign DepartmenttheProcurement Department the ConstructionDepartmentand the Workshop to continuously update any time changes.

  • Monitoring project schedule actual progress vs contractual milestones and support Project Manager and Contract Manageridentifyingrisks and opportunities.

  • Perform earned valueanalysis reports.
