Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Accountable for a project or portfolio of projects (regional/sectoral).
- Responsible for all planning activities in line with the Planning SOP.
- Reporting to the Planning Department.
- Reporting to the Business Unit / Project Management team.
- Developing and maintaining programmes for pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Creating and managing progress tracking databases.
- Producing progress reports.
- Preparing milestone forecasts and carrying out delay and float path analysis.
- Managing Earned Value Management systems.
- Tracking schedule performance and productivity levels.
- Conducting site progress audits.
- Participating in planning meetings and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.
- Preparing tender programmes.
- Producing resource histograms.
- Chairing planning meetings.
