ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

The Quality In-Charge supports the Head - Quality in managing and standardising quality control practices at the projects. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Prepare job-specific quality plans
  • Facilitate RMC mix Design Trials/ approvals
  • Deploy PQP at sites through orientation/training 
  • Process control and inspections as per ITP
  • Monitor Quality performance through audits 
  • Monitor Corrective & Preventive actions and follow up for closure
  • Verify & maintain calibration records of all testing equipment
  • Liaison with Customer on Quality-related matters
  • Report quality performance, status of deviation and corrective actions in the site reviews
  • Third-party/Vendor inspections
  • Troubleshooting in Quality matter

    Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in Civil
