About the job Project Officer (Marine Parade)
The Project Officer manages the administration and operations of the Foundation, overseeing programmes, events, and financial and administrative processes. The role works closely with partners, stakeholders, and relevant offices to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute programmes, activities, and events.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee budgeting, expenditure tracking, and financial administration.
- Provide secretariat support, prepare meeting agendas and papers, and follow up on action items.
- Undertake other duties to support the Foundation's objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
