We are supporting a leading pan-European financial markets organisation in the search for a Transformation & Project Officer to join a central Transformation & Projects team.

This is a high-visibility role at the heart of market operations, working across trading, regulatory reporting, client services, and operational teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives.

The Role

You will support the planning and delivery of a portfolio of transformation and operational projects from initiation through to implementation. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help structure, monitor, and drive the execution of the transformation roadmap while supporting internal community engagement across a large operational department.
