Job Description

Duties
  • Monitor all contracts and Supervise staff of the event
  • Liaise with services contractors and arrange procurement of goods and services for the event
  • Coordinate returns and requirements of all sub-committees of the event and assist in distribution of resources
  • Assist in rehearsal and actual run down of various ceremonies of the event
  • Attend to public enquirers and complaints
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

    • Requirements
    Degree, Fresh Graduate are welcomed; Relevant experience in event, exhibitions, operations
