About This Role

The Project Officer provides assistance and guidance to applicants throughout the GMF funding process, delivering superior client service in all phases of the funding life cycle. The role includes reviewing applications, summarizing peer review assessments, recommending files for approval, guiding recipients through contract negotiation and execution, and overseeing the fund disbursement process.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client contact for a portfolio of applications and funding agreements, managing internal and external communication, reviews, records, and timely processing.
• Review applications for plans, studies, pilot projects, and capital projects to ensure compliance with eligibility criteria and mandatory requirements.
