Position Summary

Project / Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Benefits: 10%-15% Profit Bonus, Training Opportunities, Flexible Hours, Hybrid Working (up to 2 days per week), Private Medical, 11% Pension Contribution, 25 Days Holiday.

Location: Commutable from Crediton, Exeter, Exmouth, Newton Abbot, Okehampton, Tavistock, Wellington, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, development and delivery of capital engineering projects.
  • Drive improvements in manufacturing processes, equipment and overall production efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and R&D stakeholders to introduce new technical solutions that support innovation, growth and productivity.
  • Participate in key decisions that impact the future success of the business.
