Project Manager/Team Leader

The Project Manager/Team Leader shall meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects related to water security and livelihoods, infrastructure, covering both urban/peri-urban and rural contexts
• Proven experience in leading analytical and advisory assignments that combine assessment, framework development, and practical intervention design, including coordination of multi-sectoral teams
• Strong ability to translate analytical findings into practical and actionable recommendations, including IWRM frameworks and implementation-ready intervention models
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, including government authorities, communities, private sector, and development partners
• Experience with international water sector frameworks, including the GWP IWRM approach and SDG 6 targets
