Job Description

AECOM Environment is seeking a Project Manager/Project Director – Major Projects and Programs to lead the successful delivery of major environmental projects and programs in Canada. The role reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with the Regional Business Line Leader for Environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Leadership
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Business Line Lead to define objectives, KPIs, guidelines, and targets for Canada’s major environmental projects and programs.
  • Provide strategic input to the overall management of the Environmental business line.
  • Develop and implement execution strategies to maximize project outcomes in safety, quality, client satisfaction, staff development, profitability, and cash flow.
