PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To tactically and strategically lead Impala shaft resources to continually ensure Impala business plan parameters are met (production, efficiency, cost and safety targets).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 Certificate (NQF Level 4) is essential
  • Blasting Certificate is essential
  • Mining/Mining Engineering Degree or NQF 7 equivalent is essential
  • Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency is essential
  • Project Management Professional is desirable
  • Management Development Program is desirable
  • 7 years mining experience at metalliferous mines is essential
  • 3-5 years management experience is essential
  • 3-5 years mining project management experience is essential
  • Ms Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
