Job Description:
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery and client management for Microsoft Dynamics platforms, ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • This role will lead cross-functional teams, manage governance and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across Dynamics 365 and AX environments.
