ELEKS is looking for a Project Manager in Ukraine, preferably based in Kyiv.

ABOUT PROJECT


The project involves building a large‑scale administration system within the governmental sector. The delivery team consists of approximately 30 experienced professionals.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 8-10+ years of experience in project management

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope

  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

  • Ability to perform effectively in high‑pressure, mission‑critical situations

  • Ability to travel to Kyiv at least once per month for 1–2‑day business trips

  • Demonstrated political awareness and advanced stakeholder‑management skills, supported by real project cases
