Project Manager/Estimator – Security Technologies – Victoria, BC

A Project Manager/Estimator is needed to design and deliver complex security systems for critical infrastructure, including police stations, hospitals, hydroelectric dams, and other safety‑critical facilities across British Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, consultants, general contractors, and end users.
• Manage all project areas including contract management, financials, schedules, labor requirements, materials, deficiencies, and change orders.
• Perform cost estimating, change management, and submit tenders.
• Complete required billing paperwork and ensure timely payment.
• Review project reports and provide analytics to the project team.
• Coordinate project manual completion and submit as‑built drawings to the owner.
