Project Manager/Estimator

We are a privately owned company with over 40 years of experience specializing in Municipal Water & Sewer Construction & Rehabilitation, along with Sewer Outfall Construction & Rehabilitation.

The Project Manager/Estimator is an integral member of our team, responsible for all stages of developing accurate cost estimates and preparing proposals on a variety of projects in the Edmonton Region. In addition, this position manages new and/or reconstruction of water and sewer infrastructure projects.

Role And Responsibilities

Technical Estimating

• Prepare accurate cost estimates including quantity takeoffs, crew composition & productivities, material quantities & sourcing, and vendor & subcontract management systems.
• Estimate greenfield and rehabilitation projects for municipal water & sewer work.
