The Project Manager - Woodframe Multifamily - Builder/Developer will be responsible for:

  • Managing all phases of a large‑scale woodframe multifamily project from buyout through closeout.
  • Leading project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Conducting full subcontractor buyout, scope reviews, and contract execution.
  • Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations in partnership with onsite field leadership and supporting project staff.
  • Maintaining responsibility for overall schedule management, safety performance, quality assurance, and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinating with design teams, trade partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain project momentum and resolve issues.
  • Ensuring timely permitting, inspections, and adherence to jurisdictional requirements.
