Tasks

• Full-cycle project management: from specifications to facility delivery.


• Planning deadlines, resources, budgets, and risks.


• Coordinating design, production, and installation stages.


• Coordinating specifications, changes, and costs.


• Preparing regular client reports.


• Analysis of technical documentation (drawings, specifications).


• Material quality control and compliance with standards.


• Ensuring compliance with building codes.


• Managing a multidisciplinary team.
