PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing project plans, budgets and timelines
• Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track
• Communicating progress and issues to project sponsors and senior management
• Ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulations, building codes and industry standards

Qualifications

• Significant experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
