I'm working with a highly regarded client-side residential developer delivering Build to Rent apartment schemes across the South East. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality residential developments from construction through to completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands construction from both sides of the table, having gained experience with a main contractor before moving client-side.
