  • Project Management

  • Good understanding in project managementand agile methodology
  • Planning the software projects,including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, layingout communication strategies, and indicating tests
  • Assembling and leading the project team.
  • Participating in and supervising eachstage of the project.
  • Ensuring the project stays on scheduleand adheres to the deadlines.
  • Tracking milestones, deliverables, andchange requests.
  • Proven experience in project managementand software development
  • Good working knowledge of projectestimation techniques.
  • Good leadership, decision-making, andorganization skills
