We're Hiring: Project Manager – Offshore Wind (Portugal, Hybrid)

We're working with a leading engineering team delivering large-scale offshore wind projects, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership from concept through to delivery .

This role is fully accountable for project success — ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations. You'll be leading complex renewable energy projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and risks, and acting as the key interface with senior stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

The Role

You'll define and drive overall project strategy, execution plans, governance, and delivery. From planning and budgeting through to execution and close-out, you'll ensure everything stays on track — technically, commercially, and operationally.
