Job Description

A well-established Vancouver-based general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands‑on coordination with consultants, trades, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and overall project execution
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee site progress, safety, and quality control
  • Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and tracking
  • Review drawings, schematics, and estimates

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ project management experience
  • Strong estimating and blueprint reading skills
  • ProCore proficiency required
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
