Project Manager, Utility Design This role ensures Aecon Utility Engineering supports the successful acquisition and tendering of various major projects with both internal and external stakeholders, and that we meet our commitments to those stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Establish customer relations and business opportunities as a representative of Aecon.
Proactively seek out new opportunities.
Support Estimating as required—attend project‑specific technical and commercial meetings; review tender documents for technical requirements and ensure bid compliance; close tenders with Estimating leadership.
Identify project concerns proactively and alert management of potential risks on assigned projects.
Provide technical and commercial input on how to minimize and mitigate project impacts.
